Swimming Pool Inspection Pricing

Our pricing schedule doesn’t contain hidden extras. Our fees are for a professional service delivered on time. 

Your inspection fee includes:

• GST where applicable
• travel costs within our regular service areas
• inspection of unlimited gates; and
• a comprehensive written report containing practical advice on how you may go about rectifying any non-compliances found during the inspection.

Initial Inspection for residential / non-shared pool $208.25

Re-inspection for residential / non-shared pool $120.00

Pool Safety Certificate $42.79

If you own or manage the following Short Term Accommodation, you need a safety certificate:

• Hotel
• Motel
• Resort
• Backpackers
• Hostel/Boarding
• House
• Caravan Park

If you are Selling or Leasing a residential property from early December 2010 you will need a pool safety certificate first.

There is no grace period for landlords and property managers, you must have a certificate of compliance before letting a property to a tenant.
